I had an old Schumacher charger about same size or a little bigger for close to 40 years. Doubt I'll get that kind of service from this but, I will say that upon figuring out how to operate this I really do like it's features a lot more. Of course, at going on 40 years old, my old one was bare bones I know but I like how this shuts off on its own when battery reaches 100%. I've used it several times and it seems to work absolutely flawlessly every time.

Highly Effective!

I use it on my Kenworth N14 525 Celect+ Deisel powered by 3 batteries. I carry a generator for AC power. Even when the batteries are below 11, the Travaller, on 20 Amps will start a depleted set of batteries within about A half hour. very impressive.
