I love these pellets!! I find they burn longer than any other and very little ash!

always have bought this brand but the last two years have had trouble with dirty burning and tons of sawdust and fines in bags. have had the stove checked out and serviced and they even stated that they have the same problem with these lately. they use to be the best around but not anymore

We only buy Golden Fire pellets but lately the bags have not been sealed very well and we keep finding pieces of paper in the pellets.

I used to install and service pellet stoves maybe 10-15yrs back, so I'm very familiar with them! I also live in Show Low, Az were Heat'rs are produced, I love the White Mountains and wish I could support the local business, but Heat'rs are JUNK! But I love Golden Fire pellets, I've been heating with pellets fire 3yrs now, I've burnsd poor quality, and I've burned great quality, but Golden Fire isn't any of those, they are in a league of their own, they are SUPERIOR PREMIUM quality!!! Now that I've found them I'll never burn anything else in our Quadra-Fire stove again! Thank you for producing the creme de La Creme of pellets?
