Q: Can these be used in a fireplace

1 Answer
  • A: answered in BV-Hi Dave, yes they work fine as long as you want heat and not a fire to look at … one log on the grate, one broken in two one inch apart in front of the first log, with smaller piece on top/over the gap .. the key is the fire starter … in the gap … because of gap of grate a piece of tin foil over the gap to hold the fire starter … damper open and bottom vent half way open with the door open light it … once started close the door and adjust

No forklift to unload pallets

you offer pallets and delivery, but do not provide a forklift to unload the pallet, so 390 logs are unloaded one by one and half end up broken.

These were definitely better last year. Harder to start and don't seem to burn as long. Website has a better one but for some reason Columbus Nebraska can't get them.
