Received the item as described, almost. What was not expected....apparently the description is wrong because only 1 support bracket was included instead of 2. I actually wanted 2 which is why I ordered from TSC to begin with. Since this wasn't something my local-ish store generally carries they could only assume the description was incorrect. The box it came marked 1 of 1 and the store personnel looked for any other boxes with my name on them. Apparently that error is a somewhat common occurrence when ordering online.
