Backup spraying pump check valve.

These check valves are excellent to have on standby. Especially for the first spring spraying. They sometimes dry out and don’t work well after sitting all winter. They can be revived by following the directions on the sprayer website but it takes a little time and if we are all ready to spray need to get in operation and rejuvenate the old check valve later. Glad that I could find these at a good price and timely delivery.

Thank you for your purchase of the check valve from Tractor Supply. Yes, it's always good to have a spare to cut down on possible down time. It is recommended to replace the check valve about every 2-3 years, as a lot of times chemicals can take their toll on the valves as well. But a lot of times rejuvenating them can also help. Not sure if you're in an area prone to freezing, but even if you're not, you can always follow the winterizing instructions in the manual to help keep the internal parts of the pump lubricated as well.
