I upgraded my ATV sprayer with this 3 point sprayer. Set up was pretty easy and self explanatory but the plastic nosels to metal pump didn't thread well. I filled the tank with water to do my calibration and there were plastic shavings in the tank from the factory. I also have leaks from the preasure gauge treads that were factory tested.
For calibration I filled the tank full, ran 4 mph over a 1 acre plot and had used 22 gallons. I found this to be the most effective way to calibrate. I ran 2.5 acres and had one pass left so it was about perfect.
I will say the 65 gallon tank was great and saved a bunch of time from having to mix 2-3 tanks previously. Once up and going it worked really well.

Product decent but TSC is not

I recently purchased this item and I have used it several times. It works well. It was relatively easy to put together. It is much better than the smaller side by side sprayers I have used in the past. The operating manual is lacking. It has almost no details on how to operate the sprayer. Product acceptable but the order process through Tractor Supply was awful. Delivery was equally awful. I will never place another on line order with TSC.

Great sprayer!

Great sprayer for compact tractors. I put it on my JD3025e and did my calibration runs at different speeds using my phone as a speedometer. Once you have the speed and RPM down it’s easy peaay. Putting it together took me about an hour. Very simple. Sprayed my 4 acres and it did it all with one fill up. But I would say 4 or 5 acres is all I could get with 65 gallons. Depends on how much you’re putting down.
