The vaccine contains modified live viruses, which work to produce the antibodies needed to prevent disease. It's effective against feline herpes virus-1 and feline calicivirus. Special Precautions

• Entire vial contents should be used when opened.
• Never vaccinate a pregnant animal.
• Unused contents and containers should be burned.
• This vaccine does not protect cats against already-incubating diseases. Only healthy cats should be vaccinated.
• Keep out of reach of animals and children.

• In animals with hypersensitivity, reactions may occur. Epinephrine should be administered in these cases.
• Short-term (one to a few days) sneezing is often reported.
• Some cats could experience other types of mild reaction, such as nasal or ocular discharge, oral or nasal ulcers, or gastrointestinal issues (like vomiting). These mild symptoms typically resolve without the need for treatment.
