My horse is 38 years old, and these pellets are easy to wet down so that my mare is able to enjoy a decent amount of roughage which grazing no longer allows. I appreciate that I can give her a close to complete diet as she lives out her years.

It's the real thing

As President of a horse rescue, I had to find a solution for putting weight back on older, and neglected rescued horses and ponies. Feeding soaked Alfalfa pellets with added beet pulp was the answer to most of our feeding problems. Sweet feed was not the answer, because a lot of our rescues have metabolic problems. Our old animals needed something as close to their "natural" food as possible.
