The Dr. Naylor Hoof 'N Heel Livestock Wound Ointment treats hoof rot, foot rot, fouls, foot scald in sheep, goats, dairy cows, and also thrush in horses. This wound care ointment is and aid in the treatment of foot rot caused by organisms susceptible to zinc sulfate. This horse wound ointment won't stain wool or hair, and leaves no residue behind. This ointment for wounds goes deep so your sheep, goats, cattle and dairy cows can keep going.Made in America.

  • Directions for Use:
  • Clean and trim, when necessary, affected hoofs to expose and remove all dead, loose, undermined tissue. Control any bleeding before treating with Dr. Naylor Hoof 'n Heel.
  • Slowly squirt Dr. Naylor Hoof 'N Heel on lesion, covering and saturating it and surrounding area thoroughly while holding hoof inverted -permit it to penetrate before releasing animal. Foot may be wet pk. bandaged or soaked to enhance healing. Hoof n Heel is re-usable and stable.
  • Treat twice daily until healing results.
  • Retain animal in a clean, dry area while it is undergoing treatment. Turn sheep out in pasture that has been vacant for at least two weeks. Keep separate from non-treated, affected animals.
  • CAUTION: If redness, irritation, or swelling persists or increases consult veterinarian. Livestock remedy. Not for human use. for external veterinary use only. Keep out of the reach of children.
  • This wound care ointment goes deep so your sheep, goats, cattle and dairy cows can keep going.
  • Penetrate the hoof with this ointment for wounds to attack hoof rot, foot rot, fouls, foot scald and to rapidly cure lameness.
  • The non-toxic Hoof 'n Heel formula won't cause discoloration, hardening, shrinkage or brittling of the hoof
  • It won't stain wool nor hair, and leaves no residue behind.
  • Treat thrush in horses, foot scald and white line disease with this horse wound ointment.

Been using this product forever on horses and sheep hooves. So happy to find in a jug to refill the smaller bottles scattered through sheds, trucks and tack rooms! Competatively priced here.
