This DLF 50 lb. 6,250 sq. ft. Kentucky-31 Tall Fescue Grass Seed is a durable cool-season perennial grass designed for lawns, erosion control, roadsides, waterways and pasture applications. Adapted for Northern and Transition Zone climates, Kentucky 31 produces a hardy, wear-tolerant turf with excellent heat and drought tolerance while requiring relatively low maintenance. The 55% coated seed helps improve moisture retention around each seed, supports seedling vigor and enhances establishment consistency for more dependable results. One 50 lb. bag covers up to 6,250 sq. ft., depending on application rate and site conditions. Contains a 50 lb. bag of grass seed mix. Made in the USA.
