The DK2 by Marlon 4.5 ft. x 7.5 ft. Multi use 5-in-1 Utility Trailer & Assembly kit with Hot Dipped Flash-Coated Galvanized features a solid square tube cambered axle and fenders over 5.30-12" D.O.T. 6-ply bias tires and a load capacity of 1,639 lbs. and Gross weight vehicle of 2,090lbs. When the front and back load-bearing gates are down, the heavy-duty utility trailer bed extends to nearly 11.58 ft. Another great feature is the tilt and dump capability that makes this utility trailer easy to load or unload heavy items. The heavy-duty utility trailer features a solid square tube cambered axle and V-shape drawbar tongue for added strength and support. This utility trailer also comes fully pre-wired with Plug and Play 4 inch and flat connectors to reduce time of assembly. Fully welded tubular steel frame, removable two gates can be extended, V drawbar with V support under cover. Knock down compact packaging box dimension of 52" x 88", 3 leaf spring, LED lights, 2" coupler. ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. So far, so good. Getting it delivered was the toughest part. The box is so big and awkward, it barely fit on the lift gate. The instructions were pretty good, but far from perfect. For instance, the fender brackets all look similar -- L-shapes with 2 holes in one leg and 1 hole in the other. But two of the brackets have slightly longer legs. Regardless, I was able to assemble it myself in my garage in a few hours, once I had the right size sockets. There is a little rubbing between the frame and bed when I dump it. It will probably lead to it rusting sooner than it should. I am disappointed in how long the pins that connect the gates to the sides (when in the up position) are. As long as you are careful, they work. But if I wouldn't take the time to make sure they are properly engaged, they rarely would be. The manufacturer seems to have made some minor tweaks to improve/simplify the trailer over time (connection between the axle and springs), so hopefully they can resolve this issue, too.

Unable to register trailer with state of NY

Do not order this if you live in state of New York, Nearly impossible to register. You pay for a trailer you can't legally use!!! I have been had hope it does not happen to you. Title provided by Tractor Supply, DK2, Chinese mfg. needs to be signed off by each group and they want tax money for each hand change.

stay away if you wanna be street legal.

I thought I bought a utility trailer. What I've got is a yard ornament. The trailer is unregisterable with the DMV given the provided paperwork, which consists exclusively of a 'Certificate of Origin' for an 'unassembled kit' out of a factory identified only as "JINHUA ZHEJIANG CHINA"... All of this after having spent 8 hours to assemble it...initiating legal proceedings. I've left leaving 1 star b/c at least it won't rust.

It feels sturdy. Good construction but difficult directions. Give your self time. I wish they out the socket size to help. You’ll need a torque ratchet to put the wheel lug nuts. It does not come with a trailer jack, spare wheel, hitch/pin locks. These are necessary accessories and part which needed to be purchased separately. Registration was a ok at the dmv. I did not get any incentive for this review, but I would accept a load up ramp for my time you know.

Not quite the deal I hoped for.

About 2 weeks getting shipped here. A little banged up in shipment but I was able to bend out the distorted pieces. Clearly, not a heavy duty trailer but should work for most of my needs. A stupid fragile zerk nipple broke off while adding the recommended axle grease. Its an odd size and no one had a replacement. I had to order it and it will be another 10-14 days for that to come in. I hope the lights work and it tracks right but I won't know until I get the grease nipple in.

No, I do not recommend this product.
