Salt Crystals contain up to 99.6% pure salt. Made naturally with sun, wind and time, these solar crystals have a white, opaque appearance and a low insoluble content. The water softener salt crystals are also formulated to resist mushing and bridging, minimizing the accumulation of brine tank residue. It is recommended that you use these low insoluble solar salt crystals for all side-by-side water softeners.Note: Brand may vary by store. Never can get what I order

It doesn't matter what version of salt I select. I always get the same kind. I ordered and want the diamond solar but I get the generic. It doesn't matter if I buy expensive or cheap. I get the same. The website says they have it in the store. BTW if I go to the store, same thing. Pay for what you want, get what they have.

Buyer BEWARE

The website says it’s Diamond Crystal but the store is selling Sure Soft. When I asked about it I was told, “it’s probably the same manufacturer and we have a lot of linked SKU’s”. Sure Soft and Diamond Crystal are NOT made by the same company! It’s at the end of the lot, so you don’t see it. Wet and dirty. I wouldn’t have paid for it in advance if I would have known I wasn’t getting exactly what I purchased. Will skip Tractor Supply next time and go down the road to Fleet Farm.

Lost a customer

The product I purchased is good. Have used it for a long time. I will never purchase at this store again though. Very poor customer service when I asked for assistance with lifting into my vehicle. Two capable men wouldn’t help. A female employee did offer to help (I wish I would have asked her name).
