It produces large apples with light greenish-yellow skin with a slight red blush. The fruit is sweet, slightly tart and crisp with a creamy white flesh. Dry dead plant

I bought this when it dormant but it shows no sign of growth after and never does. The stick dry, no sign of green at all. Price was good but please sell live healthy plants. Unfortunately I lost my receipt I wish I could return and replace for a better plant.

Bareroot apple tree

The price was good, but the timing to purchase/offer to sell was too late. Both trees were pencil thick 3 - 4 foot sticks with no growth at all. One "trunk" had started to dry out already and wouldn't have grown at all. However, the same day service was excellent and the delivery crew was very friendly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Our product is dormant, packaged bare root plants intended to be without foliage (leaves) while in the store so it is not abnormal for them to not show growth at the time of purchase. Dormant plants such as these offer the opportunity to jumpstart spring planting because they can be planted in the ground earlier than potted plants. Depending on the climate and weather experienced after planting, this plant could take up to 6 weeks to break dormancy and show signs of growth. However, we apologize that you were unhappy having received a plant with a trunk that was drying out.
