Didn't even get a chance to buy it... Twice

Showed up to the store and was in the middle of purchasing it when the salesperson told me the deck was locked up for some reason. He said they didn't have another of that model and told me that another store had it in stock. Drove another 45 minutes to pick it up and it had the same issue. As soon as you engaged the PTO the blades would lock up and the belt would start to burn. They said is was likely from sitting out all winter. But my only thought is that every spring when I go to make the first cut, the spindles are going to be frozen. This is clearly an engineering design error. The only reason I give it two stars is because the rest of the machine seemed solid, just not the most critical component.
No, I do not recommend this product.
