Trouble trying to cancel/return item

The belt was ordered before realizing it's not the correct one. I tried canceling the item before it shipped but your system failed to let me do that. Now the only option I have left is to take it to a store and return it, making it pointless to order online.

An issue with Cub Cadet, not Tractor Supply

5 stars for TS, 1 star for Cub Cadet. Although it’s the correct part number and matches the part number identified in the Cub Cadet 2-Stage 30” snowblower owner’s manual, the belt is too small and cannot be used on that machine. Tractor Supply was courteous enough to refund the full purchase price once the issue was identified.
