Excellent mower

This mower has plenty of power to chew through thick, tall grass and weeds. I haven’t had any issues.
The only problem I had was with the initial setup. Whoever set it up didn’t make sure that the handles were level, and the mower didn’t want to travel in a straight line until I got my tools out and straightened the handles. It took about a minute to get it sorted, though, and it wasn’t the machine’s fault.

Horrible Ordering/Customer Service

Bought the mower recommended from a friend. I can’t review the mower at the time because it doesn’t have keys and I just got it today. Ordered this from a specific store because the Manager was so good to me and TS messed it up. Got an email the next day saying the order was delayed when it should have came two days later from the store. Both the Manager and I tried calling TS because they shipped it from some DC out of state and they would not change it. Very nasty Customer service. Shipped through XPO and waited for them to schedule a delivery. It arrived at a location one hour away from my house and stayed there for three days. Got a call yesterday and I told the XPO rep that they could deliver it on Friday, 4/24/26. I had training to do at work Thursday, 4/23/26 and I get a call at lunch from the driver who is setting in front of my house telling me that he has a delivery and is waiting for me. I told him it was supposed to be Friday and he said I have it here and will wait 30 minutes. I told him it would take me 40 minutes to get home and he said it was fine. Called me on the way home asking where I was at and I told him 15 minutes. Get here and he pulls the crate in the driveway. He said I could inspect it and I asked how do I do that with all the plastic on it. He takes it off and tells me how good the mower looks and how much they care about their job and the customer. I look the mower over and it looked fine. I asked if there was any paperwork to sign, which I was told there was, and he said no it’s fine the way it is. I asked about the keys and assembly parts and he said they were in a bag in the side of the mower. He packs up and leaves while I’m looking at everything in the bag and no keys. I tried calling him with no answer. I called the company and they said it’s TS fault. Called TS and left a call back number. They call me back and I was asked 5 or 6 times if I could wait on the line. The lady was nice and said they could ship the keys and I would get them in two days. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dealership and buy a mower.

Cub Cadet??

The lawn mower was delivered by a random delivery service. He did not even know how to start the mower. The mower arrived damaged, there is a big paint chip on the deck. ALL of the tires were over inflated to 25psi. THEY clearly state 10psi max on them. Makes me wonder how long they will last. If Tractor supply assembled this, they need to rethink their assemblers. The seat was installed wrong, had the guide washers installed incorrectly, I had to get new ones as the crushed the originals trying to get it tight... I would avoid buying from them if they assembled it.. Below asks if I would recommend this product. I would, as it is not Cub Cadets fault. I hope someone in Tractor Supply see's this and takes note...

1st Zero turn so no experience but learning curve 15 minutes ,it cuts great ,i got the sturdy fabricated deck,i love it at this time.
