The mower is great!
Delivery was a nightmare! Bought Monday. Wanted Thursday delivery. Nope! Drove an hour and a half to meet delivery crew. Called TSC store. Told it was delivered Monday! Nope! Not delivered Thursday! Fpund it was still on the lot! Drove back to store, another hour. Got a delivery crew there and led them back to delivery site, another hour away!
Got TSC Visa on the TSC store phone directly with TSC Visa representative. Spelled my last name for them, starting with K.
Got Visa CC weeks later. Last name on the card is "Bishop!" NOT my name. All else is correct! Went to a closer store who said Corporate could help.
Lady I spoke with was nice and efficient! She tried to change spelling for me to my actual last name. Nope! Had to send in a lot of data to prove who I am and reason for a "name change!"
Was given a FAX number. 5 days later and multiple tries at different hours of the day and night with no answer, I used the address given as an option. Paid for Certfied Mail and sent it in 3 days ago!
Today I got a text re my new CC to Mr. "Bishop!" I can't actually use the card because I AM NOT BISHOP! Still waiting! No actual contact from TSC Visa regarding this issue!
So I repeat that the mower works great!
Service from day one up to today is still a CF!

i do not recommend buying anything with a kohler engine. my 26 hp kohler engine blew up at 240 hours totally seizedup. I had a 8hp kohler engine on a tiller to blow up way too soon as well.
