Love my new zero turn. This model meets my needs-it's quick and efficient- as well as being an affordable option.I can mow my 1 acre lot in roughly 45 minutes! It has a fabricated deck, Kawasaki motor as well as an hours in use monitor.

Love the mower...customer service not so much

Purchased the Cub Cadet Z2 42” online 3/26/26 and was sent a confirmation quickly, I financed the mower with my Tractor Supply credit, which was offering a 48-month 0% interest payment plan. I really like the mower, good power, smooth ride and good cut. I was informed that I had until 7:00 pm March 29th to pick up. Saturday March the 28th I was sent multiple emails stating that my mower was ready for pickup, so that afternoon I went to the Easley SC location to pick up the mower. This is where things started to go wrong. When I went into the store, I was told that my mower had been sold to someone else by two Tractor Supply associates, I was turned over to another employee who explained what had happened and was told by him that they would get another mower and deliver to my house, free of charge, on Monday, March 30th. The mower was delivered March 30th…but the mower had no gas, no manuals, no oil drain tube and since I had no manuals, I’m not sure what else was missing. I contacted the employee who delivered the mower and explained what items was missing and was asked to provide model and serial number and the manuals would be emailed to me, never got them…fast forward to April 9th and I noticed that the mower was on sale for less, so I went to the Easley SC location to inquire about a price match, was told the only way to get the price match was for Tractor Supply to credit my card for the original price and recharge my card for the new cost. But they could not guarantee that I would get the same 48-month 0% interest plan. I ask and receive the phone number for Tractor Supply corporate customer service. I called then that evening and was informed that if I wanted the lower price I would have to “return” the mower and then be charged again with no guarantee that I would get the same payment plan unless the bank that issues the Tractor Supply credit card would agree to the original terms. Needless to say that when the mower is paid in full, Tractor Supply will lose a almost 10 year customer.

Great ZTR Quality!

This machine is a great value! Has many included features that other mowers in class charge extra for. This ZT 42 is very comparable to the Hustler Fastrak I had back in 2018. Kawasaki engine is strong and solid!
