It works efficiently from 25-45 HP on 540 RPM tractors to get the job done right. Category 1 pins come included with the rotary cutter to help make hook-ups simple. Built from galvanized steel with puncture-resistant wheels, this rotary cutter delivers unmatched performance. Designed with a Series 4 shielded PTO shaft with shear pin. Made in USA.

Good small cutter for lower hp tractors

Good basic cutter.. Running on a 20 hp small tractor. Cuts great, runs smooth no vibration. Hit many stumps/rocks and stump jumper performs as intended. Does not bog tractor in real heavy stuff. Just slow done if it real thick and you will get a better cut anyway. Easy to assemble just use your head and check all fluids and grease. Check all bolts and connections. With care should last a LONG time if not abused. Sharpen blade with angle grinder 1/yr and your good to go. Was looking for used cutter but can't beat the price of the TS 4'cutter. Do not have to worry about questionable used and abused. Equipment.

Horrible welds/ customer service

I owned this bushhog for under a year and the two welds in the front failed and literally came off. The company said "the machine must have been abused" so they won't repair/replace it. The manager at the local tractor supply said they won't do anything either. good product for the first 6 months, I'll never buy anything from them again though.

What I paid for this is not what I got

The price and the local pickup is all I can like. The picture and video show a pivot plate, what I got is a different system, no pivot plate. The A frame brace only has one pin hole. I don't know if it can work on a quick hitch. No top pin but a bolt. The wheel height adjustment bolt was cross threaded, had to replace it. Only instructions are for lubrication and PTO shaft sizing. Staff at the Tractor Supply don't know the product. Really leery in trying to use, afraid I could ruin my tractor because of the lack of that pivot plate.
No, I do not recommend this product.
