Making noise after an hour of use

Horrible shipping. An item this size can just be put in a box and shipped. That’s how stuff gets damaged and this isn’t a new company so you know how to package stuff but decided not to on this anyway. Well I took a chance and installed it. Added gear fluid and mowed for maybe an hour and I heard a whine coming from the gear box. Now I gotta take it off, go back to the store and return it. What a waste of time.

No, I do not recommend this product.
