CountyLine 18 Min. HP 3-Point Post Hole Digger, Auger Not Included

I was a little worried about buying this auger as the price was so good. Let me tell you this thing is heavy duty and just plain heavy. I used a john deere 5075E cab tractor and did not have to cut drive shaft. I dug 65 post holes in less than 3 hours with no problems. I just ran the tractor at 12rpms. Never sheard a bolt, just lift auger out and back in every foot. The only complaint I have is the assembly instructions did not included putting on the universal joint guard (see photo) so i didnt put it on at first and tore up the plastic sleeve on the drive shaft and when I did put it on the mounting holes did not line up. Had to drill them out to make it fit. It's very handy for storing upright. Overall this is a quality piece of equipment.

The assembly instructions was missing steps and was not easy to follow. I had to look at the picture on the front cover page of the manual and refer to the actual picture on the website to figure out how to properly assemble it. Overall it worked fantastic and saved a lot of time after it was assembled. Also no oil was included but the store had plenty of it. I highly recommend this post hole digger. It’s easy to use and it is a beast.
