Tool Tuff Direct slip clutch connects to your tractor and driveline / implement. The slip clutch is manufactured for durability, reliability and heavy-duty applications. The PTO slip clutch allows for smooth torques to the implement as well as protect the input and output shafts and driveline from sudden impacts or loads.
- Tractor yoke: 1-3/8 x 6 spline, quick release

Twice the cost, just because??

Wait, this is the online item. Bought, but didn’t fit because implement was smooth. Took in for exchange because store said they had both, same cost, in stock!! Who knew (because not listed online at all). ….same cost as each other, NOT SAME as online unit, sadly.
I have mounted this but have not used it yet. Hopefully I can come back and bump the rating once I can say how the unit itself actually performs.
Is this 1 star instead - because the smooth bore clutch isn’t available online, and perhaps hopefully priced as the online splined clutch is — SINCE the in-store versions of BOTH of these do not appear online and are 2x the cost of the online clutch. I can’t see any specs to compare to ensure they are the same, but they are presented the same…
