9 days ago- A: To clarify our warranty policy regarding the retailer's information: this sprayer, including the pump, comes with a standard 1-year warranty. Q: Why can't you make the drain NOT leak? This is our second one, in 7 years... I now remember why we went to Fimco.. ugh
11 days ago- A: Hi April, I am incredibly sorry to hear you're dealing with a leaky drain cap on your new sprayer. You shouldn't have to fight a leak right out of the box, especially after making the switch to our equipment for better reliability. Since CountyLine is manufactured by us here at Fimco, we want to make sure this gets sorted out for you immediately. Usually, a stubborn leak at the drain cap comes down to one of two quick fixes: Thread Sealant: Often, wrapping the drain plug threads with a couple of layers of Teflon (plumber's) tape creates the perfect, watertight seal needed to stop a persistent drip. Checking the Molded Facing: Since this is a brand-new unit, it's possible a small piece of plastic flashing or a slight ridge was accidentally missed during the molding process on the production line. If the flat sealing face of the drain opening isn't perfectly smooth, the gasket inside the cap can't seal flat against it. If you feel a rough edge or ridge there, smoothing it down gently with a piece of fine sandpaper usually solves the problem instantly. If you try these and it still drips, and you prefer a replacement cap/plug altogether, please let us know by calling our customer service team at 800-831-0027. We value your business and want to make sure your sprayer is completely rock-solid.11 days agoHelpful?
Q: Can we get a replacement 12v 1 Gpm pump for our sprayer?
12 days ago- A: Yes, you can purchase a replacement pump for that sprayer. The 1.0 GPM pump on that sprayer was replaced by a 1.2 GPM pump. If your local Tractor Supply doesn't have any in stock, you can either purchase through their website or you can call our customer service team at 800-831-0027 and they'll be happy to assist you.11 days agoHelpful?
Q: Does it come with straps for hold downs?
14 days ago- A: Tie down straps are not included.12 days agoHelpful?
Q: Is just the tank available
23 days ago- A: yes, you can just purchase the tank alone. Give our customer service team a call at 800-831-0027 and they'll be happy to assist you.20 days agoHelpful?
Q: How is it powered?
a month ago- A: The sprayer comes with a lead wire, that has alligator style battery clamps, that you connect to the battery and the other end is a 2-pin connector that you connect to the pump.a month agoHelpful?
Q: If you are going to use it on consecutive days, is it ok to leave the chemicals in the tank?
a month ago- A: Great question! We recommend only filling the tank with what you plan to spray that day. It is important to never leave chemicals sitting in the tank or the lines overnight. Even on consecutive days, chemicals can settle, crystallize, or cause the pump seals to swell, which leads to clogs and premature pump failure. Emptying the tank and cleaning as instructed in the manual after spraying is the best way to keep your sprayer running like newa month agoHelpful?
Q: Does it have alligator clips for battery hook up
a month ago- A: the lead wire does have alligator clamps to connect to the battery.a month agoHelpful?
Q: does it have a pressure sensity switch
a month ago- A: Yes, the pump does have a pressure switch, so that when you're not spraying, the pump will build to the pressure it's rated for and shut off.a month agoHelpful?
Q: Can a boom be used on this sprayer
a month ago- A: No, the CountyLine 15 gal. Economy Spot Sprayer (Boxed) is generally designed for spot spraying with a wand and cannot directly accommodate a boom. The pump on this "economy" model usually lack the gallons per minute (GPM) capacity required for consistent, effective coverage across a booma month agoHelpful?
