We had a Charbroil big red infrared grill years ago and loved how well it cooked everything! This new grill appears to have the same cooking capabilities and then some!

Works great, assembly instructions showed most steps. Just make sure to look at placement for the side burner electrical and burner lines.
Burns hot, so turn down the burners.

Mostly love this grill. I tried the charcoal feature once but the coals are very close to the cooking surface. I just use a charcoal grill (I have one I like). So it’s not as versatile as you think. I assembled it myself and I find it easy to clean. I’ve used it regularly for over a year and it still looks new. I also keep it covered.
Not so much a fan of the heat plates that go under the racks. Those things are trying to rust. I’d have liked those to have a coating of some kind. If they ever make something like that to replace them, I’d buy them. They are harder to clean.
The griddle was awesome… until it wasn’t.
It rusted quickly. I failed miserably trying to clean/ reseason it. I would like to buy another griddle and I’m struggling to replace it or find another that fits.
