Wanted to love it

I love the way it cooks but the griddle piece starts rusting really quickly. Only had it two months. I prepped it as instructed with the seasoning. And continued to use high heat oil like avocado oil use during cooking and cleaning. But it cooks well. Trying to find this part is impossible.

Seemed sturdy, but one side of the handle the screw was dislodged on the first use. Not very happy about this and now I need a new handle.

3rd time registering grill. I’ve done 2 times and the company once. Warming rack broke and waiting for a replacement griddle cause the instructions suck
