Currently without a kitchen due to remodeling so I am even using the side burner to make bacon and eggs.

Mesa 325 grill

I bought the mesa 325 because of quality, looks, and performance, I am greatly disappointed that when cooking on high flames curl around the deflectors burning whatever I'm cooking, if I turn the burners down so the flames weren't coming around the deflectors, I can't get over 500° to cook with, so my cooking time have doubled, I'm very dissatisfied and greatly disappointed

Great Grill

Generally, the grill was easy to put together, except for a couple of steps. In one sinario holes did not line up perfectly to insert screws, so I just listened other screws and was able to secure all. Cooking on the grill has been great so far with good temperature control. I wish Monument offered pan liners on web site. With that said I am very satisfied an recommended the 325 strongly.

Easy to put together. Love the glass in the lid. Like how the grease pan is made. Very easy to light. I haven’t used the side burner yet.
