    Great griddle! Mine just warps.

    I love this griddle, works great for hosting, breakfast, or just making dinner when the wife doesn't want to heat the kitchen up in the summer. My only complaint is that I purchased this griddle specifically because of the cold rolled steel top, which was advertised not to warp. If I heat it up on low for 15 minutes prior to use, it's not as bad, but any quicker heating and my eggs will fall to the sides of the griddle for the entire time I cook. I enjoy the side trays, how easy it is to move in and out of the garage for keeping it out of the rain, and the tool hooks on the side. Everything has worked great, I was just surprised how much the cooking top warped when seasoning it and cooking on it afterwards.

    For the added bars on the bottom it didn’t help keep the top from warping up in the center. Always cooked with the dials turned down to minimum but heat was still excessive on top. Bought because I’ve always used charbroil have smoker and 6 burner grill that I love very disappointed in the griddle.
