Disappointed

Very disappointed with the quality of my Weber grill. I have had a problem with the propane leaking from the hose. It took almost 3 weeks to get the replacement part. Now the grill won’t heat above 200 degrees which is apparently due to a bulkhead assembly which is now taking over a week to ship to me.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Upgrade

Wanted to have griddle capability without having to get a stand alone unit. I had an old Genesis E-310 which was 14 years old and still working great. The Weber full size griddle inserts were not available for the old models. Stopped in at my local dealer and checked out the new Genesis E-315. It is a beauty and was on sale, as well as the griddle insert. The reviews on the griddle inserts were great. I made the purchase and was not disappointed. The E-315 cooks great as a BBQ and with the griddle insert is amazing. I love that it’s real cast iron with no fancy coating. Good old fashioned seasoning. Tried everything. Pancakes were amazing. Bacon perfect and no mess. Eggs easy. My old Weber sold in less than an hour to help with the upgrade cost. That’s a Weber for you. Great quality and they last.

i was calling in upteenth times i was suppose to get a cover for this e-315 grill like 3 of my friends got,nobody at weber helped,called from work no progress
