Char-Griller® will also repair or replace the charcoal grill body (lid and bottom half) and gas grill lid of its grillers/smokers if the metal is rusted through or burned through for a period up to five (5) years from date of purchase. Char-Griller® will repair or replace the gas grill body if the metal is rusted through or burned through for a period up to one (1) year from date of purchase. Char-Griller® gas grill burners have a five (5) year warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase, proof of purchase date and prepaid return of the item in question may be required. Very low quality, high price, The grill leaked at EVERY seam, including the sides. They are only tack welded in place. It took almost 2 hours to get the main temperature up to 200 degrees when using the side firebox and could not maintain a consistent temperature. The grill was used twice and the paint is peeling and rusting already. The lower grate could not be installed without removing 2 legs. So the instructions were incorrect also. I am VERY disappointed in the product! I will be looking into getting my money back.

The GOAT FOR THE MONEY

I love this smoker grill. I can smoke 4 10lbs pork shoulder butt's in this barrel! I love the work and taste of the old school smoker compared to what I call city boy smokers that use the pellets. I love the time I spend watching and caring for the product I can make on this baby. The taste is out of this world useing whole natural Hickory logs and chucks, no fake smoke flavoring injection in the meat, just slow smoking the old way like grandpa did it. I use 0 starter fluid to start it. I start with small kindling working up to the big stuff. So No starter fluids and No charcoal, just all 100% natural hickory. That way, the only flavor I get is hickory, no chemicals. The airflow is great on this smoker, I can open the stack and side vent to get it blazing or shut them down to smolder and drop the heat even lower. All in all its the best old school smoker for the money! Take care of it and keep it clean and dry and it may just out live you! I'm getting ready to order another to use it as an oven for my home maid Hillbilly beans and corn bread. Yes I have used it as an oven. Took some work but I have it down pat now. We'll worth the money and it works just as good as smokers that cost a few grand. That crispy bark that people fight over in the end is perfect! I can't say enough good things about this smoker. I encourage anyone to get one, learn to use it, and enjoy the best BBQ they have ever had! I would put it up against any pellet smoker! Sure, pellet smokers are easy, but great things aren't easy or fast when it comes to smoking great meats! So don't throwaway your man card by buying a pellet smoker, just do it like grandpa did it, the slow natural way, real smoke, for real pure taste! When your all done cooking, just clean it, cover it and roll it in the garage or the barn because it's easy to move around with its big steel wheels. Get one, you won't be disappointed with your purchase.

I purchased my smoker 3 years ago and I’m sure when it time for a replacement I’ll be purchasing the same brand. I’m able to create the perfect fire for an awesome smoke flavor.

Junk! Paint came off 1st smoke

Paint came off the firebox on 1st use smoking at 250 degrees. Grilled on it several times with no issue up to 450 on main barrel. Chargriller Warranty claim denied when only 3 weeks old. Terrible Warranty. Good news is that I returned in to Tractor Supply Co with no issue. Manager refunded the junk smoker. I bought a Pitboss on sale and manager took another $50 off for my inconvenience and I love Tractor Supply and their policies!
