The Poorest Quality

This is the absolute cheapest thing on the market. It took TWO attempts to assemble this and every time, it broke before we could do so. Cheapest screws, this aluminum trash it’s made from? The pieces bent and broke … we exchanged and it was still a whole mess with the 2nd attempt. Will be returning AGAN!!

Difficult to assemble

We’ve assembled countless items over the past 3 decades of owning homes but many of these components didn’t line up properly, some of the holes were too tight for the corresponding bolts so we had to drill them larger, some of the pieces had stickers with different part numbers placed on top of the previous part number. J1 sticker was covered over by J2 sticker, etc.

Love our gazebo! Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I went with this gazebo! Not only does it give our backyard deck the shade we need, but it’s also very stylish and modern. I love the functionality and aesthetic of it! My husband and I were able to assemble it ourselves in about 5-6 hours total. There are a lot of pieces, but everything is labeled well so you can organize all the pieces easily out of the 4 large boxes it came in. This gazebo will last us for years and I’m so happy we can spend way more til in our backyard now under the gazebo!

Ready to return the gazebow

I'm still waiting for a missing part! Sunjoy isn't sending it. You guys aren't sending it. I'm ready to disassemble what I have been able to put together and return it to TSC in Plymouth NH to get a refund and buy it somewhere else. There are other places to get it from. TSC just happened to be the least expensive place at the time.
