Didn't get all the parts.

I didn't receive the hardware for the kits I ordered. I have yet to start the process of getting customer support to address the issue. I assumed they would have predrilled the skirts for hardware but I guess everyone needs to save money these days. Bale feeder manufacturers kids got to eat too...

Doesn’t seem like much for the price, but install takes about 1 hour with 2 people. My hay ring was 5-6 years old so fitment was a little bit of an issue. Some the the sides poked out and didnt sit flush against the bars. I recommend flipping the hay ring upside down and starting with the middle bolts. I think they would install on a new hay ring much easier. Instructions could have included some install tips that would not have required trial and error. It seems to save hay so I will buy more.
