Delivery was less than par. they had 1 guy for the delivery of 640 lb safe. He set it in our driveway and was unable to take it down our gravel driveway closer to the basement door. The safe also had some paint chipped off the lower hinge.

TSC refused delivery from the shipper due to damage. I had to call to figure out what was going on because the tracking information was sparse. It's been a few days and I still don't know what's going on. Am I getting a new one? Should I cancel the order? Time will tell I guess....
