Shipping took 1 week longer than what it said when I purchased the safe. It delivered directly to the store. I took the safe home and it was scratched in some places, dented in a couple places, and rub marks. The store did refund me 10% back. After getting it home and opening the safe, their QC department needs to do a better job inspecting the finished product. The lining on the inside was really dirty and not attached in the corners. One corner of the flooring was broke along with some clips for the shelving were broke as well. The only problem that I am having now is trying to change the code for access. I have followed directions and it will not change. Outside of these issues, it is a pretty cool safe and really big.

Amazing safe for the cost. Very comfy interior. I especially enjoy the fact it has built in power for lighting and other needs. Arrived in great shape. Highly recommend this product. I only wish I'd bought the bigger one lol.

Missing parts Horrible Customer service & website

Safe is ok. Very dirty on the inside. Scratched front rotating handle due to insufficient packing for shipping. Missing 1 of the 5 handles. Missing bolts for the top rack, but nuts provided with screws(?) with no function. Attempted to contact customer service. No person available. Only a computer and you must open a ticket and some will contact you in 24-48 business hours. The missing bolts, saw dust on the inside and even the scratches can be overlooked, but not the missing handle. The bad customer service is the biggest disappointment. If your product is good, you shouldn’t get very many calls to customer service which means a REAL person can answer the phone. Why are hours specified for customer service if there isn’t a person to talk to? I tried to register my new safe and the website asked me to open a ticket.
