Norwesco 125-Gallon Storage Tank with Legs is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was size I needed, but.... This was a used tank, not new. It was dirty inside and out and had to be cleaned. The plastic access cap on top of the tank had a broken retaining strap, but that did not matter. The staff at the store was great in assisting me in loading the item. (did not fit in my Grand Cherokee, had to tie it down to the car with the liftgate open!)

If the tank is only half full with water - can it be frozen in winter without cracking?

Asked by: Daniel M Witz
The tank itself does not have a minimum temperature rating. If you plan to keep the liquid in the tank and you know that it will freeze, make sure that you leave room for expansion. The most likely part to crack on the tank is the bulkhead fitting which can be easily replaced.

Can this tank be used as a sprayer tank for spraying herbicides

Asked by: boondock
The Norwesco tank that you are evaluating is "premium" grade, meaning it will hold liquid with a specific gravity up to 1.5 (12.5 pounds per gallon) at 73 degrees F. If the weight of your herbicide is less than 12.5 lbs. per gallon the tank will perform as expected. Thanks, Bob 952-446-8807

Can I see thru the tank to see the water level or will I have to install a site tube?

Asked by: Rick19928b
All of the Norwesco tanks, in particular the white ones, you are able to see the liquid level in them. Depending on the ambient light, as well as the light directly behind the tank and how dark the fluid is in the tank are all factors as to how well one can see the current fill level.
