You can get the power you need with this Black & Decker 20V MAX Lithium Ion 12 in. 2-Speed String Trimmer/Edger with extended battery capacity. This hand tool can power through tough overgrowth, or reduce speed while you edge for extra runtime. Either way, there are no bumping required thanks to the automatic feed spool. This trimmer/edger comes with a 2 year limited home use warranty for your convenience. Automatic Feed Spool (AFS) feeds trimmer line as needed without bumping. PowerDrive Transmission increases torque for more cutting power at the string.

B&D 20V Weedeater extremely disappointing

I purchased this weed eater and a spare battery. I used it once with no problems. I placed the battery on the charger which did not indicate it was charging like the spare had done. The next time I used it, the motor kept cutting out after seconds of hitting anything. I was not trying to cut anything heavy, just edging. Returned it. I bought it so my wife could use it. Would not recommend it for anyone. Thank goodness for the replacement plan.

Lightweight and easy on my hands

I bought this 20V weedeater to supplement my 18V B&D that I’ve used for 10 years to keep the vinca surrounding our lawn pathway areas under control quickly and easily. I keep replacing the 18V batteries, too, so now my 11 yr old grandson and I can eat some weeds together.

I am an older woman who bought this product because it is light weight and I had had one that lasted a long time. I bought this new one last year and now it does not work. The batteries are good and work in other items. I am ready to buy a different brand.

Best trimmer I have ever owned

I have tried 3 other major brand gas powered yard trimmers, all of which I ended up getting rid of (broke into pieces in frustration). This battery powered Black & Decker trimmer is Great! I actually enjoy using it. The spool line feeder actually works as it should, unlike the others! GREAT TRIMMER!
