Very little flow, lambs didn't like the strong scent of rubber

Even after adjusting the bottom cap , milk doesn't come out. Unless I'm just an idiot and doing it completely wrong I filled it up with milk after washing it immediately getting it from the store and attempted to feed week old goats that are very aggressive with the bottle so if they were able to get milk out and all they would have but nothing was coming out so I took the insert out and the flow is faster than I'd like but it's still better than not getting milk at all. I was so excited to see a different bottle on the market for babies but disappointed in the inserts maybe if I cut holes into it it'll work better at least the bottle was cheap

The proper bottle just like a natural nursing. Prevents aspiration and people can’t cut bigger wholes in the tip for a “fast” flow which would create health problems for the lamb or kid. Uses suction instead of gravity. It takes newborns goat kids a few feeding to understand how to use but dipping the nipple in molasses works wonders and teaches suckling. We also use the Bess brand for our calf bottles after trying 6 different styles of bottles and won’t ever switch back.

It worked great for my orphaned Mini Lamancha. The bottom unscrews to easily add partially frozen milk that needs to be warmed up or add something. They took to this right away and did not have to cut the nipple.
