Excellent ride on mower. Feels very heavy duty, deck is strong and durable the deck lift handle and locking points are fast and beefy. Engine started right up has plenty of power and provides a really nice cut. used it on a customers property that's quite hilly and it does great with the reaper tires even when wet. However it is very easy to damage the turf if you are not careful when turning but that's more of a user experience error than a fault of the machine. I like how easy the maintenance access points are. The only negative was with tractor supply's shipping. It was delayed a full week and came damaged. The podium hangers for the knee pad had been ripped off and the screws to hold the foot rest in an upright position for transport had been ripped out. It had quite a lot of damaged paint as well. However you can get literally every single part for this mower online so i chose to keep the unit and just repair it myself rather than return it. Tractor supply customer service was awesome and discounted the mower to cover the cost of its repair versus forcing me to return it and put it all on the shipper whose fault it really was. Tractor supply doing this helped me out significantly because i was able to still use the unit commercially rather than be without a mower for my business while waiting to send in the damaged one to be swapped with a new one. If your on the fence don't be this is the cheapest entry level commercial stand on you can get and yet it doesn't feel like a compromise. I am now forever a bad boy mower fanboy.

Shipping was fast and on time. The mower was in pristine condition and spotless! The Staff at the Bessemer City store are top notch folks and more that willing to help in any situation. My son in law has enjoyed cutting on the tree farm and agrees it is solid!

I purchased a bad boy 34 inch stander mower. It came in damaged and missing parts, so I canceled the purchase. There should be a better way to ship these mowers so they don't get damaged or have missing parts. These mowers aren't cheap and customers shouldn't have to receive damaged goods that are suppose to be new.
No, I do not recommend this product.
