Bad Boy ZT Elite 54 in. Briggs CXI27, 27 hp, Orange/Black

we bought a Badboy 54-inch zt elite for 7 grand at the Windsor Cal store # 1333. in one month after using it 2 times, on the third attempt it started missing very badly and back firing and has been doing it ever since. Tim the manager at the store who sold it to me said badboy stands behind their mowers and if there are any problems that came up it could be fixed at any authorized service center well that is not true! 1 there are no BD dealers around nor Cal and I called badboy and they said they would not help me and gave a service number here locally. the local service rep came out, who just started here in ca and is the only one in the state ... he sent someone out to check the 54 elite, the person checked it and said it's probably the carburetor and it look like the engine had been dropped due to damage underneath the engine, i.e.. bent fines on the underside. He left called me back 2 days later and said badboy would not try to fix their defective product.so needless to say we will never buy anything from TSC again. Here are the products we have bought from them in the past. cub cadet 46 lt1 riding mower no problems! cub cadet tiller no problem and lots of other products. so TSC does not stand behind their products. so do yourself right, DO NOT BUY Bad BOY products from tractor supply, they, Timothy the manager sold us a mower under false pretenses and now it barely runs. 7 GRAND down the drain. needless to say, thanks TSC and Timothy the store manager :( U lost a customer for life, and everyone will know about it >>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Love this mower. Put a mulching kit on it and it cuts the grass with ease. Comfortable to ride on with great suspension. Plenty of power for any cut.
