Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Results when properly applied My first application failed due to not following instructions! After adding surfacant (keeps the weedtrine on the surface) it has worked well in several other ponds for duck and meal weed removal. Highly recommend the product. I used a motor driven pump to create a fine spray on to the ponds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Goodbye Duckweed We bought some property with a 1/2 acre pond full of duckweed on it, took a couple of applications, but killed all of it. Very satisfied with product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for Baby Pondweed I wasted $80.00 on a gallon of this product. I applied it to a small area in my pond to see how it worked. It has not killed the Baby Pondweed that is in my one area pond. In fact I can't tell any difference in the area treated from the area untreated. I can not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not very effective Wild ducks left me with a pond full of duck weed.I have used this product twice this year and I still have a pond full of duck weed.It would kill off maybe 1/4 in week to 10 days and this stuff replace's its self in 2 to three weeks, so lots of money for nothing.Don't know what to use any more.

I am looking for a product to kill cattails in a pond, & don't want to harm the fish, turtles, & frogs. Will this product do the trick?

Asked by: cowgirljoey
Weedtrine-D would eventually kill cattails. In most cases the damage to fish and wildlife is minimal if any when used properly.
