Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money Used this several time for the duck weed in my pond, has done nothing. Followed instructions and used a surfactant. Tractor supply won't give a refund because it's a "hazardous" chemical.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Results when properly applied My first application failed due to not following instructions! After adding surfacant (keeps the weedtrine on the surface) it has worked well in several other ponds for duck and meal weed removal. Highly recommend the product. I used a motor driven pump to create a fine spray on to the ponds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Goodbye Duckweed We bought some property with a 1/2 acre pond full of duckweed on it, took a couple of applications, but killed all of it. Very satisfied with product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for Baby Pondweed I wasted $80.00 on a gallon of this product. I applied it to a small area in my pond to see how it worked. It has not killed the Baby Pondweed that is in my one area pond. In fact I can't tell any difference in the area treated from the area untreated. I can not recommend this product.

I am looking for a product to kill cattails in a pond, & don't want to harm the fish, turtles, & frogs. Will this product do the trick?

Asked by: cowgirljoey
Weedtrine-D would eventually kill cattails. In most cases the damage to fish and wildlife is minimal if any when used properly.
