This was definitely the right tool for the the job. It made getting our 5ft non climb horse fence up a breeze. It was well worth the money spent.

Get 8 ft. 2 x 4 cut in half get 4 3/4 in bolts / 4 nuts & washers (8) drill holes put wire between boards & tighten chain on top & bottom & pull tight. You save money

I use mine alot more than expected. Do NOT loose any of the carriage bolts!!! As it uses a 7/16"X 3". Which TSC does not carry any 7/16" carriage bolts, PERIOD...
