- A: These hoses have ½” ISO 7241-A couplers on them, so they will fit standard ½” female ports. I do believe this is the standard for most tractors, but some Kubotas have smaller ports, so it would be best to double check the dimensions before ordering.3 years agoHelpful?

- A: on my L3901 kubota i had to swap out the hose ends to make it work. a difficulty there was an incompatibility between BG [british standards] and the coupler standard. spent quite a bit of time online finding the adapter for hose to coupler connection and cost as much as the hose kit. probably can get the answer you need from a Kubota dealer after you look @ the specs for the hose which are on tractor supplies web site.5 years agoHelpful?
Q: Is Teflon tape or pipe door needed on either or both connections?

- A: I used thread sealant on the cylinder end to be sure. You would never use tape on hydraulic fittings. And you would never use anything on the quick connect ends.5 years agoHelpful?

British threads on coupler end.

My installation requires a 90 deg turn on the coupler end. I couldn’t find any right angle adapters on the TSC website or anywhere else on the internet. I drove over to my local Parker hydraulic hose store and ordered a pair, one adapter cost almost as much as i paid for both hoses !
