Poor service

I don't know how this product works. I ordered it with same day delivery and received a roller with 2 unattached arms. Zero hardware to assemble was provided. Supposed to be getting the hardware delivered but it has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back from the store yet. Submitted a ticket with customer service the first day and never did get a response. Ended up visiting my local store (not involved with the delivery) and was connected to the assistant manger from a nearby location that actually delivered the roller (without the parts).

Terrible customer service. Ordered and said it was delivered in about a week. Got a call from the store from the delivery guy and he said he couldn’t deliver because it was missing the box/bag of assembly hardware. He said he called the manufacturer and they assured him that they shipped the missing hardware… now three weeks later and nothing from the manufacturer and now I have to go to the store to return the item I never received? What a joke. I’m not sure how you successfully run a business this way!

Poor welds

Used mine 2 times and weld on drum broke around “axle”. Now will not hold water and can not use. $449 down the drain. Not even a year old
