The AgKNX 9 in. Heavy-Duty Auger with 2 in. Round Shafts is for use with tractor mounted post hole diggers and skid steers to make fence installation easier. The heavy-duty auger attaches to most 2 in. gearbox output shaft. This auger features thick double flighting with more extensive welding and a reinforced input shaft collar. for tractors and skid steers with 2 in. round output shafts, a 9 in. auger is a great choice. Q: Will this work with the AgKNX 400

- A: The 9" HD auger will fit with the model 400 digger but the only possible issue is if you have enough ground clearance to use it. The HD auger is 48" long, we typically recommend our 36" compact augers to ensure enough ground clearance to drive around. If you already own the model 400 digger you can raise the digger to the max height and measure from the bottom of the gearbox shaft to the ground. If you have more than 48" between the two you will be safe to use the 9" HD auger. Thanks2 years agoHelpful?
