The new 12.5 Gauge

Helps me with my crops, kidding, I have it on a 4X4 post off my deck. My neighbor (Truman) ask what my GoundWork Easy-Read 12.5 in. Magnifying Rain Gauge, measured on our recent storm. He knows I have the exact amount. Nature, feeding the birds & squirrels and knowing how much rain you just got is much more important when you've retired. I would buy one, but I think I already have.

Easy to read but......

Received this through the mail today and went out to my old gauge, poured 4 inches of water in the small tube. Dumped the small tube into this new one and it measured .4. That's too much difference for anything but a one star rating

Ive had one of these for years and its pretty accurate ,even against my electronic gauge. The person that got 4" too much rain is not checking it right, it has to be the same tube diameter to be able to check it !!!! and I have to take it down in the winter cause it will bust.
