Q: My dog enjoys this food, but the cans aren't consistently filled. I purchase the food in a case of 12 cans, 4 to 5 of the cans aren't full. Usually the partially filled cans are only 2/3 to 3/4 full. What is your quality control process?

- A: Typically dogs have a more difficult transition when moving between formats (wet to dry, dry to wet). If you do want to switch to a wet from dry diet (usually due to aging dogs), it should be a slow transition, mixing more and more wet, while less and less dry. The different proteins within the wet program shouldn't cause any digestive issues unless the dog has food allergies to certain proteins.9 years agoHelpful?

A great product! I mix in a can every other day for my 4 dogs and they love it. This can of dog food to me seems to be a quality item for a very fair price, it mixes in well with the dry dog food. Its awesome to see our dogs get excited over this. We would definitely recommend using this for your dogs too.
