Q: It is a beef stew. The description says chicken as second ingredient. Is this possibly a typo?

- A: I've been buying this product for years from Tractor Supply. The formula was changed about a year ago & the product went from looking like a dark brown gravy & chunks that resembled beef to a light beige gravy & chunks that resemble chicken, and they changed the label design. I don't remember what the old cans listed as the ingredients to know whether chicken was in it then or what position/amount. I buy this simply because Dog Food Advisor listed it as a 5-star wet dog food with no by-products. My dogs like the old formula & the new formula. I personally don't have a problem with it having both beef & chicken as long as they don't have by-products and a lot of filler that would go undigested. I do like that it has grain in it (flaxseed) as I'm reading a lot of negative reports about grain-free dog food.5 years agoHelpful?
