Great price for the features

Bought the Yard Tuff 48 in. Plug Aerator to break up the hard ground around the house. That way the soil can absorb more water and nutrients in order for the grass to grow. It worked excellent! It did a great job plugging the ground after putting some weight on the carry tray to make it go a little bit deeper into the ground. It was easy to put together. The directions were straight forward. The day I brought it home i put it together and hooked it up to my lawn mower and towed it around. I did my whole front and back yard. Very easy to use. Very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this product! So Far so good. No complaints.

This aerator works well as long as you put enough weight on the top tray. It does what it says it will do. In GA red clay dirt, that's saying something!

Cheap construction. Wheels don't extend low enough to raise the spikes high enough so they don't drag on the driveway.

Aerator knives touching ground in thetow position.

I noticed, after assembly, that when the lift handle was in the tow position, the plug aerators were in contact with the ground. I contacted the company in Minnesota. The company's engineer determined that the hole in the axle for the lift handle was drilled at the wrong angle, resulting in the aerator not being at maximum height when in the tow position. A correctly drilled axle has been ordered from Thailand, which has a 6 to 8 week shipping time.
