Because it has 6-gauge rods and a 2 in. x 4 in. grid pattern, it's ideal for hogs, goats, sheep and other similarly sized animals to stay safely contained and to pass through as needed. The sturdy steel construction features a premium powder-coat paint finish that helps protect against wear and tear over time. This farm gate also comes with a chain latch for securing it in place. This gives you peace of mind that your animals are safely contained, and that predators are kept out. The wire-filled gate is proudly made in the USA and is backed by a 1-year warranty.

It is easy to install. Looks nice brand new. Had to purchase it because the previous gate literally broke apart. The metal is thin and bendable by large livestock.

Great gate, but......

This is a great gate, works well for our needs and looks good. But we did have to cut into the mesh area to get the hinge attached to the gate. no matter which side we would have gone on or where we put it, we still would have had to cut the wire to make room for the Hinge.
