    Poor customer service help

    Web page showed item to be in stock ,went to the store 4 employees stand at the front counter asked how they could help .told them what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction that I should should find what I was searching for, the part I could not find it . while all four employees stood at the counter talking about whatever as loudly as they could laughing having a good old time and I was not able to find the part nor did any employee come back to help me when I got ready to leave they asked if I found what I was looking for I said no and I left . not very good customer service at this store located in haleyville Alabama store number 3026
