This Water Source Plastic Cable Guard prevents submersible pump power cables from rubbing against a well casing. This cable guard fits 4 in., 5 in., and 6 in. well casings simply by trimming to size with a utility knife. This cable guard fits 1 in. and 1-1/4 in. discharge pipe.

Cable Guards for Well

This cable guard was purchased to segregate the 4-conductor wiring and the retrieval rope on my 270 ft. deep well. They install easily and worked like a charm. I will say that I've seen others designed split with a ratchet to close them around the pipe, but these slid easily onto the pipe and only added 10-15 minutes to the install time.

Plastic cabel wire protectors for well pumps

I shopped around at 8 different places. This was the very best price here at Tractor Supply hands down !!! Also two other places had almost the same product for 75% higher. Good job Tractor Supply for helping the farmers .
