Sprinkle the chicken coop freshener evenly across the coop to a depth no greater than 1/8". Use of the chicken coop deodorizer is dependent on number of chickens and amount of waste.

The reason being young chicks first focus should be on a quality diet and getting strong. Expensive, but it works

Just like the title, this little bag is expensive, but it works to remove any smell coming from a small chicken coop. Put a couple of bags on top of some sand, and use a cat poop scoop to clean when you need to.

No fowl smells! ha :) Product is grainy, not powdery so it doesn't create dust. This product works as described. No flies or odors to plague us. We do the deep litter method and sprinkle a handful or two once a week across the coop floor.
